1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to tjbd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tjbd ("tjbd", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tjbd.io (the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the tjbd Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the tjbd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. tjbd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Eligibility Criteria

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to register and maintain an account on tjbd:

• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services through the Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or business entity — all accounts must be in the account holder's own name.
• You are not a current or former employee of tjbd, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You do not have an existing tjbd account that has been suspended or permanently closed for any reason.
• You are of sound mind and are registering of your own free will, without coercion.
• You are not located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

2.3 Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times by notifying us of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected].

tjbd conducts identity verification ("KYC") as a mandatory step before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active tjbd account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently closed, and balances held within duplicate accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your tjbd account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication where offered.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by emailing [email protected].

tjbd will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or authentication code via any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request permanent closure of your tjbd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of the closure request will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard identity verification checks.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tjbd currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at tjbd's discretion, and the current list of supported methods will always be displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Players enrolled in the VIP program may be eligible for elevated deposit limits as a benefit of their tier status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• tjbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers our internal compliance thresholds.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tjbd will notify the account holder at the email address on file before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a re-verification of identity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by tjbd are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms will include, at minimum: the wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x), the eligible games or betting markets, the expiry period, and any maximum withdrawal cap applicable to winnings derived from the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain games — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and low-margin betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward wagering requirement completion. The contribution rates for all game categories are published in the Platform's promotions terms section.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tjbd actively monitors accounts for patterns of play consistent with bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, using coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and sharing promotional codes in contravention of the offer terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, tjbd reserves the right to void any bonus balance, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the tjbd Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules specific to each game are governed by the relevant studio's game rules, accessible within each game's help or information panel. tjbd is not responsible for any technical malfunction originating within a third-party game studio's software; in such cases, the studio's dispute resolution process applies.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — are governed by tjbd's betting rules, which are published in full within the Platform's sportsbook section. Key principles include:

• All bets are accepted subject to maximum stake limits, which vary by market, event, and account tier.
• tjbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose result was known at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play (live) bets accepted after an in-play incident (e.g., a wicket in cricket) may be voided if the incident was not reflected in the live odds at the time of acceptance.
• Minimum bet amount for sports markets is ৳100.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are covered under standard cricket betting rules available in the sportsbook help section.

6.3 Bet Integrity

tjbd reserves the right to void any bet, withhold winnings, and close any account where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, insider information, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event. Such cases may be referred to the relevant sports governing body or law enforcement authorities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tjbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity via the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any element of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tjbd staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or accepting payment from third parties to place bets — all accounts must be used by the registered account holder only.

8. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by tjbd is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. Key principles of our data handling include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Your data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification partners, and law enforcement authorities where legally required.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by tjbd, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tjbd Platform — including but not limited to the tjbd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tjbd or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tjbd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tjbd, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — all bets are placed at the player's own risk.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in third-party payment processing.
• Any technical malfunction in a third-party game studio's software affecting game outcomes.

tjbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

tjbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have requested self-exclusion via our Responsible Gaming tools.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds, free bet credits, and wagering-requirement-locked balances will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances verified as legitimately earned will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks, within 30 business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and tjbd shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English in Dhaka, Bangladesh, under procedures to be agreed between the parties at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent imminent harm.

13. Changes to These Terms

tjbd reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account as described in Section 3.3 above.
